Duties, Taxes & Customs
🇨🇦 Canadian Orders
All prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) at checkout. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
🌍 International Orders
Prices are displayed in CAD. Depending on your destination country, your order may be shipped under one of the following terms:
✓ DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
For select countries, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
⚠️ DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
For most international destinations, duties and taxes are NOT included at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will be assessed by your local customs office and must be paid upon delivery or before your package is released. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate potential duties and taxes before placing your order. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer. Preorder items have specific timelines—please refer to the product page for details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Preorder Items
Preorder items ship according to the timeline specified on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, they may be shipped separately to get in-stock items to you faster.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote locations or regions with shipping restrictions may not be available. If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
