What are your shipping times?

Shipping times vary by region. Canadian orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days (standard) or 2-3 business days (express). U.S. orders take 7-10 business days (standard) or 3-5 business days (express). International shipping times range from 10-25 business days depending on your location. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries. International customers should note that duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination. For some countries, these are paid at checkout (DDP), while for others they'll be collected upon delivery (DDU).

Will my order arrive in one package?

To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, some orders may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with a time difference of up to 10 business days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an item before it's officially released or restocked. When you place a preorder, you secure your item at the current price, and it will ship once production is complete. Each preorder product page includes specific timeline information about when you can expect your order to ship.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time through the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss return or exchange options. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

For Canadian orders, all applicable taxes are included at checkout. For international orders, it depends on your country. Some destinations have duties and taxes calculated at checkout (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), while most international destinations require you to pay duties and customs fees upon delivery (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid). We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges.

Are there additional fees for international shipments?

Shipments from our international fulfillment facilities may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes that are not included in the base shipping costs. These fees are determined by your country's customs office based on the item type and declared value. We have no control over these charges, and the customer is responsible for payment of any customs fees assessed by their local authorities.

How do I care for my apparel?

To keep your items looking their best, we recommend washing in cold water, turning garments inside out, and air drying when possible. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Always check the care label on your specific item for detailed instructions.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

If you order a pre-order item and an in-stock item together, they may ship separately. We’ll include details in your order confirmation.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?

Because pre-orders fund production, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days after the pre-order window closes to request a cancellation or adjustment.
