Q: When will my order ship?
Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note our current production takes about 4-6 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
Because pre-orders fund production, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days after the pre-order window closes to request a cancellation or adjustment.
Q: Can I change my size or address?
Yes! :) We’re happy to help with changes if you contact us immediately. We can accommodate adjustments made within 7 days after the pre-order window closes.
Q: Will items ordered with in-stock products ship together?
If you order a pre-order item and an in-stock item together, they will ship separately!
Q: Why do pre-orders take time?
Pre-orders allow us to make small, thoughtful batches instead of overproducing. This means your item is being made especially for you, which takes time but helps keep our quality high and waste low.
